Information desks will provide printed information for the spectators. Additionally the organisation office will provide information if spectators have any questions. Food and beverage stalls at the venue will be provided as well as merchandising stalls. Especially for families with kids a bouncing castle and a lot of interesting other stalls will be installed.

Transfer for spectators’:

They can take the transfer bus from the airport Munich to Augsburg or take the train from Airport Munich to Munich and than to Augsburg or they can rent a car at airport Munich.

Augsburg is the city of canoe sport and the inhabitants are very enthusiastic spectators, they like the canoe sport and the venue is well known and popular before, between and after the event. As the venue was host of the Olympic canoeing events the site has a long history and is well known in the region. On top of this the venue is embedded in a recreational area surrounded by a forest and swimming lake. This makes it to a popular area to enjoy free time.

Parking area:

A parking area is close to the venue, only 5 minutes to walk, lot of parking place existing there. Disabled persons are welcome, good parking places available for these persons, also. Two cash points and information desks will serve the event. Good signposted journeys, security guards and escape ways will make it easy for spectators to access the venue and securely leave in case of an emergency. Three announcers supported by a large score board fed with split times also.
